This file describes the new features in LogicFence Version2.0.

1. LogicFence Version2.0 provides predicate support and hence provides greater expressiveness of constraints. Predicates may include properties or attributes of an application instance or some conditions on the state of the applications like count of applications in a given state. Besides, including predicates will also enable different applications in a system to interact with each other as long as they share a common global state space.

2. LogicFence uses a MySQL database that maintains the states of all applications. In LogicFence Version1.0 tables were locked in entirety to make transactions atomic whereas in version 2.0, row level locking is supported and hence leads to an increase in concurrency.
