pm), containing Prof. Santanu Chaudhury's concept paper on the
M.Tech programme evaluation, which was accepted]
The X grade rule: "X grade requests in Major Project (Part-I and
Part-II) must reach the DRC two weeks before the presentation and must be
specifically recommended with a reason by the Supervisor. All "X" grade
projects will be evaluated by a three member committee constituted
by the Supervisor at the time of application for the X grade and duly
approved by the DRC. Further, the project evaluation and grade
submission should be completed at most within four weeks of the date
of the last moderation committee meeting."
