RTKER's responsiveness to interrupts

Two stage interrupt handling makes the RTKER responsive to the interrupts. Consider the two cases of interrupt handling as in Linux & in RTKER. To an interrupt ocuuring at $t0$ RTKER's response is at time $t1$ which is less than the Linux's response time at time $t2$ (see fig 3.1).
