Image Averaging for Noise Reduction
Noise reduction is achieved by adding the corresponding
pixel images of all the noisy images and then dividing them with
the number of noisy images to get the averaged intensity.
If the noise at each pixel is uncorrelated then it gets cancelled
out during averaging. Better results can be obtained
as the number of noisy images are increased.
