Our contribution submitted to SCOPES 2001 workshop regarding my register file size evaluation work was accepted and presented [1]. Based on the same study but in a different perception, our contribution submitted to CODES 2001 was also accepted and presented in the conference [2]. More detailed analysis has been done and another contribution to IEEE TCAD journal is submitted for consideration [3].

I have completed my comprehensive examination. Research plan is finalized and presented to my SRC. Focus of our study is to explore register file size and memory exploration in ASIP synthesis. We are evolving a strategy for quick performance estimation considering register file size. We are in a process to design a suitable methodology for exploring various memory configurations.
