Anamitra Roy Choudhury
I am a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IITD). My supervisors are Prof. Naveen Garg and Dr. Amit Kumar, and my thesis is in approximation algorithms for network design problems. Prior to this, I completed my bachelors from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and my masters from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK).
I also work in the High Performance Computing (HPC) group at IBM Research - India. The work mainly involves optimization and parallelization of different scientific applications on massively parallel architectures like the IBM Blue Gene or the GPUs.
